Businesses with recurring or repeat demand, a capable operating team, and opportunities to improve operations and grow responsibly.

Target earnings $1–2M SDE.

Businesses marketed using EBITDA are also welcome; we’ll clarify the earnings basis when reviewing the opportunity.

Geography Austin first · Select relocation markets considered

Austin is my first priority. I will also consider opportunities in select markets where I would relocate to operate the business personally.

Intent Long-term ownership, personally operated

My intention is to work in the business full-time as its owner and make decisions for its long-term health.
