    At an industrial test-equipment manufacturer, I worked across production scheduling, quality assurance, fulfillment, logistics, customer relations, and export shipping and documentation under U.S. export controls.

    Coordinated the daily work of a 13-person production and logistics team without formal personnel authority.

    Helped introduce the company’s first modern inventory management system. Learned how to build support for operational change through practical improvements and trust.

Why I'm returning

I want to return to the daily work of a small business: knowing the team, understanding customers, and taking responsibility for how the operation runs.

My intention is to build on what already works and improve the business thoughtfully over time. The acquisition criteria describe what I’m looking for.
